Welcome to Culinaria Courses. Please read these Terms carefully; by accessing or using our classes, materials, or community, you agree to be bound by them.

Enrollment

By enrolling, you agree to follow course guidelines and respect the learning community.

• You must be at least 16 years old or have verifiable parental consent.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• Enrollment may be limited by seat availability, prerequisites, or instructor approval.
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke enrollment for breaches of these Terms.

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use a strong password and enable available security features.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

Payments & Refunds

Purchases are processed at checkout. Refunds may be available according to course schedule and completion.

• Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes and fees.
• Refund eligibility generally requires requesting within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% course completion unless otherwise specified on the course page.
• For live workshops, cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled start may be eligible for a full refund or credit; within 48 hours, a partial credit may apply.
• Chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension.
• Discounts, coupons, or credits are non-transferable and may carry expiration dates.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share account credentials.
• Do not redistribute course content without permission.
• Be respectful in community interactions.
• Do not upload malware, spam, or content that infringes IP rights.
• Do not harass, discriminate, or promote violence.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or scrape our content.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, recipes, PDFs, images, and related materials are owned by Culinaria Courses or our licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for your own learning. You may not record, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

User Content

By posting comments, assignments, or submissions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your content for educational and promotional purposes related to the course. You remain responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you share.

Certificates & Outcomes

Certificates of completion may be issued when you meet stated criteria. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., employment, income) as results depend on your effort and context.

Scheduling & Availability

We may modify class schedules, instructors, or curricula to improve learning quality or for reasons beyond our control. If we cancel a live session, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund/credit.

Health & Safety

Cooking involves potential risks (heat, sharp tools, allergens). You are responsible for using appropriate safety measures and checking ingredient allergens. We are not liable for injuries arising from improper use of tools or failure to follow safety guidance.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind unless explicitly stated.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected course in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to courses and communities for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity. You may cancel your account at any time; certain licenses and obligations (e.g., IP, disclaimers) survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local consumer protection jurisdiction to the extent mandatory law applies; otherwise, the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws, shall apply.
